# Tags

Para que esse controle e segmentação seja efetivo, alguns passos precisam ser seguidos: criar as tags > relacionar as tags aos usuários > criar os treinamentos (módulos e cards) > criar as trilhas (incluindo os devidos treinamentos) > relacionar as tags às trilhas.

As tags podem ser organizadas em até 4 diferentes níveis:

* <mark style="background-color:yellow;">**Cliente:**</mark> obrigatória; 1˚ nível. É a tag que define o sistema universal de acessos a todos os usuários da plataforma, para os conteúdos comuns e aplicáveis a todos.
* <mark style="background-color:yellow;">**Grupo ("Unidade", na versão 1.0)**</mark>: opcional; 2˚ nível Serve para você organizar, por exemplo, departamentos, áreas ou grupos específicos de usuários que você queira entregar conteúdos distintos.
* <mark style="background-color:yellow;">**Subgrupo ( "Sala", na versão 1.0):**</mark> opcional; 3˚ nível. Serve para você segmentar ainda mais seus subgrupos de usuários e conteúdos.
* <mark style="background-color:yellow;">**Custom:**</mark> opcional; qualquer nível. Caso você queira relacionar algo avulso e específico, independente da hierarquia.

Ao criar uma tag, o administrador tem as seguintes opções na plataforma:

* Cliente: selecione sua empresa

* Tipo: selecione o tipo de tag que deseja cadastrar

* Título/Tag: informe um nome para a sua nova tag
